“Beauty is subjective and the ideals of beauty are always changing due to individual tastes.”

Where does the name come from?
It found me while I was visiting the pre-Raphaelite exhibition at the Tate Britain. It had been used in a text describing a drawing by Dante Gabriel Rossetti.

As our world continues to bombard us with images and stories of how we should look, feel and be, making us too hung up on chasing the ‘perfect’, we forget to live our lives in the now. We forget to be happy. Well this stops here. We are all beautiful in our own way. The time has come to be happy.

Expect thoughts on body image and food, as well as life and relationship musings from a thirty-something who is still finding her way, dipping her toes into the dating pool and how to live a more fulfilling life.
